This patient chose breast revision after a previous augmentation with another office left her implants sitting too far to the sides, creating a less balanced, less natural appearance over time. While she was still happy with her size, she wanted improved positioning, better support, and a more centered shape. To address this, a breast revision was performed to reposition the implants, tighten and reshape the implant pocket using internal suturing (capsulorrhaphy), and reinforce the breast with internal support (such as GalaFLEX mesh) to help maintain long-term results.

This patient chose breast revision after experiencing a leak in one of her saline implants, which led to noticeable asymmetry and changes in breast shape. She had her original augmentation many years ago and was ready to restore balance while also exploring options to enhance her overall result. During surgery, the leaking implant was addressed and replaced, and her breasts were carefully reshaped to restore symmetry and a natural contour. Based on her goals, this also included refinement of the breast pocket and consideration of additional techniques, such as fat grafting or a lift, to improve upper fullness and overall support. The result is a more balanced, refreshed appearance that better aligns with how she wants to look and feel.
